Do you know that feeling, to have a passion for something you love to do the most? Something that makes you want to stay up all night and to wake up early for every day? For me, that something is Cake. After an adventure that took me through Hotel Management School and English Language & Linguistics, I discovered that my true passion lies with Cake Design. I visited Le Cordon Bleu London to discover if Cake Design was the real deal for me, and it was! So I finally decided to get my Grand Diplome in Cake Design at The International Culinary Center (ICC) in New York City. Americans and Cake Design are an amazing combination that provides an endless amount of inspiration and love for Cake. I have learned that Cake is more than just a Cake; it’s that special element of your day which truly shows you as a wedding couple and depicts who you are together.
